James, 1. I do not think this is the beginning of a bear market. I think it is a short pause in a lonnnnnnnnng term bull. 2. I realize that the warrants expire next March but I will exercise as many of them as I can with whatever cash I have available at that time or I will make cash available by selling something else. 3. There is no way the market is going to ignore the great earnings that Intel is going to post for 1997. IMO, at this point in time, most analysts are seriously underestimating their 1997 numbers. When some of the good numbers start to get out, INTC @ 92 will look very cheap. Barry
