Bill would probably want to burnish his image (not to mention his legacy), but he'd likely be a classic case of doing things the same way and hoping for a different result. Also, it would be a case of "Billary" at its finest. I don't believe for one minute that he wouldn't be meddling in areas which don't concern a First Spouse, whether or not he had some kind of official role like Secretary of State.
