Evening all,

We just upgraded to DSL and we're experiencing a couple of strange tidbits. Example, "Mail delivery failed: returning messa...", is showing up on our mail services repeatedly(lots and lots). Both ISP and an internet source. The names are unknown except ours. We never saw this with the dial-up service. We were wondering if this might be someone else using our accounts. I've heard that DSL is very hacker friendly and would like some help or references to better protect us and to find out if we are indeed experiencing an intrusion of some sort.

The other bit of the tid is that we were using MSN.com as a provider. A couple of days after we switch to DSL the user list for the sign-on page was cleared. We were unable to even log on. We will be terminating the msn.com service so there shouldn't be anymore problems with them. We changed the access from 56k to DSL. The original subscription was for dial-up. Would changing to DSL have caused this?

And one more tid... The Norton icon in the taskbar has strangely disappeared. Could this be related?

Thanks in advance for all help.

steve
