VChairman Cowell Case sold approx.$75mil worth of COMS in Jan 99. We (shareholders) should have followed. (( Eric Benhamou sold because Case told him to do so. (just joking))). I don't know if any share holders are filing a class action suit. Anyway, I don't know why the sharp fall beside the lowered quarter numbers. In my opinion, MM & WS don't have faith in Eric and 3Com at the moment. He doesn't have a plan or any visions especially on any type of restructuring. The MM & WS want to hear some type of restructuring in the company for future growth. WS & MM want a PARADIGM change. I still believe 3COM will have a great coming quarter.
