You are missing the point, which does not surprise me. Kennedy is creating a constitutional crisis. The President did what is allowed him to do by the Constitution. It is legal, it is proper.

Kennedy does not like the Judge, so for no other reason, he is challenging the appointment. This now makes it a challenge to the Constitution because Kennedy has nothing to hang his hat on.

I know people like you generally like to wipe your rear with the Constitution if it gets in the way of you getting your way, but some of us out here still think it is a pretty good document and would like to see it left unsullied by Liberals who are throwing a fit over something they don't like, that they cannot control.
