Good to hear that you and the iwife are doing so well, Jim.....I am under-invested in both utilities and oils. I am a bit over-invested in data centers, but a recovery in them has given me similar results since May. I am still adding IRM because I believe they are still undervalued.

I saw weakness coming for PEGI early in the year, so I stepped aside, but it looks to be recovering, so I am rebuilding my position. Yield is over 9% now.

Income is steadily growing, and I am feeling good about the prospects for long term retirement income. AAPL and MSFT are still two of my largest holdings, eventually I will start paring those positions down to increase income.

I'll be 62 in November, but I still love my work, and have interesting projects coming in...so I am unsure when I'll start living off my dividends. We are planning to celebrate our November birthdays in Vietnam....our projects there just keep getting better and better. We have about 450 students in our schools now.
