Kenny,

I beleive that there are two reasons for showing the $21M figure and the merger. 1. Was to boalster (sp) the stock value to move to the AMEX. 2. Before movement, OTC:BB stock certs would need to be converted. IMHO we have a squeeze, how big?? That maybe the $64K question for everybody that is holding for high $$. I am currently holding 7K+ shares.

I think we will see resistance at $3 and once through it, we'll looking at $4. If we break quickly through $4 than its real.

Of course IMHO
