The risk is that ckfr does not successfully integrate in all the products and services they have purchased over the last few years. Look at Investment Services area -- large, profitable client base; mostly brokerage firms. These clients are hooked on the investment services portfolio accounting service, and the growth is terrific -- and I dont think that ckfr corporate has figured out how to leverage these clients for the future. Mgmt's mantra is "bank/billpay/bank/billpay..." Long term, electronic commerce will be much more broad than "bank/billpay..." That's one person's opinion...
