I don't know of any specific studies re: PVP except maybe the FDA approval. Of coarse the treatment is being preformed by an increasing number of doctors. Some of the patients have become shareholders and are posting on the Yahoo discussion board which you can find here

The company is a good long term base on fundamentals imo, but I cannot make any recommendations short term, technical analysis is most useful here. I think the best idea overall is to perhaps pick two or three of what one would consider the best laser med stocks to invest in as a group. Another one to look at is BLTI, as good as LSCP looks this industry is volatile so there is risk, but some of these little companies will eventually be big winners.
