The PR mentions DV-45 codecs and not the DV MPEG-2 codecs. Still, I'd think Nortel will be supplying MPEG-2 equipment at some point.

Regarding the earnings report. I take it as next to meaningless. NUKO will report minimal revenue (2-3 Million is my wild guess). It all comes down to closing the ADC and Nortel deals which will include up front cash and possible equity stakes. I will be profoundly disappointed if there is not some hard news by the end of October. In the mean time traders get to play...
