They got in by calling SPD an electrochromic technology. The PATH report directly refers to SPD as an "electrochromic technology". Now you seem to be saying, as I believe you have before, that SPD is NOT, in reality, an electrochromic technology. So then the significance is that REFR is falsely representing SPD as EC in order to gain access to various technology conferences. Which does not shock me in the least, apart from the fact that you'd admit it.
