LWEI - LONE WOLF ENERGY SELLS FINANCING BUSINESS FOR $1.625 MILLION

OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla., Feb 22, 2000 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Lone
Wolf Energy (OTC Bulletin Board: LWEI) announced today that it had sold
its Mobile Block Equipment Financing business for $1.625 million on
February 18, 2000. Lone Wolf received $500,000 cash (which it will use
to pay off all indebtedness) and short term notes of 1.125 million
dollars. Under the terms of the notes, $1,050,000 of the 1.125 million
is payable to Lone Wolf Energy by the end of March 2000 and the balance
remaining in June of 2000.
