Nortel has an ongoing relationship with SHIVA that is about to be
renewed as we speak, not only that but much of what Nortel does with SHIVA has
nothing to do with what Nortel could do with Ascend, ie VPN and Lanrover.

Could be. I do not have enough information about the SHVA product line. I drop my comment:-)
