TO ALL: Now, now folks. I'm as dissapointed with Rhodes as anyone else...Why don't we put our feelings to constructive use, like putting together that class-action lawsuit.

I also (like Robin) was really hoping to see an AndroCar trial press release, and was very dissapointed.

The point here, actually is not that I'm dissapointed, but that I was lied to. Let us enumerate all instances where Rhodes/PRLN made a statement where they lied or otherwise did not meet a specified goal

#1 Did not lauch AndroVir as first announced; also, did not meet second dealine as announced; did not lauch at all due to FDA concerns and failed to inform their investors in a timely fashion.

#2 Same as #1, but regarding AdroCar.

#3 Did not complete AndroCar compassionate use trial.

#4 Did not file IND for PN27,1 (AndroCAr) or begin Phase I trial by 4Q96 as promised.

#5 Did not hold shareholder meeting by time stated in charter.

Can anyone else add to the list? Just check the web site for PRLN - it has lots of evidence for the case.

It is difficult to see if PRLN can dig itself out of this hole. There are plenty of legitamate small biotechs with great developmental drugs that can't attract a large collaborator. So what makes Rhodes think he can? His credabiltiy has to be shoddy at this point.

Sorry to paul and others who are tired of the complaining, but I see little else to talk about on this PRLN thread.
