Gregory, 35 million shares on 1.1 billion is only 3%. To cover stock options. Just expect this from time to time with a technology growth company. No big deal.

But feel good about the subscriber growth rate. MSN is at about 2 million and going nowhere. AOL added 5 million this year. No contest.
