CSDD -- SCAM ALERT CSDD is up more than 70% today and closed around $25. It was a $2 stock about a week ago. After some reading on this company, I find it is very fishy: 1. The company's PR puts tons of hot stock symbols in it so that it can be picked up by investors who are interested in those stocks (NTBK, TBFC, SONE). 2. CSDD said that the company brought Yourbank online.com software from DETK for 10Million in cash and stock. I could not find any info about this DETK corp. online. 3. CSDD said the software "Yourbank online.com" was developed by MSFT and RCBC. I checked out RCBC's webpage at www.rcbank.com, it is the "sacramento Area's largest community bank". I checked out their job openings, there is nothing related to sofware programmers or web programming. 4. yourbankonline.com is a webpage can be done in less than a few days. and yourbankonline.com is hosted by qwk.net and their hosting fee is $75/month :) 5. CSDD PR reference contractors-directory.com if investors want more info, the website shows something completely differernt. 6. The CEO/President's phone number listed at the bottom of the PR are the same 1-800 numbers and are used by "Contractors directory Inc." the domain named is hosted by gravitypark.com, and when I check out www.gravitypark.com, I got nothing ... Anyone here interested in digging out more? CSDD has so much meat at this level. L.
