Yes, but the way it works (as I understand it) is that the Israelis need the 'friend-or-foe" code. If they don't have it, then they will be unidentified aircraft, presumed hostile. They will be shot down unless orders have been given first not to shoot.

Not a problem. Codes are not that difficult to determine.

It a concurrence problem. Since the USA has essentially permitted NK to go this route, I do not see them stopping Iran. Especially, the current administration.

One exception. If the USA has concrete proof of Iran and its satellite terrorists using the weapon on US soil.
