It a concurrence problem. Since the USA has essentially permitted NK to go this route, I do not see them stopping Iran. Especially, the current administration.


You can tell, listening to Tom Barnett and Richard Holbrooke, that the Dem establishment is already mentally prepared to acquiesce to an Iranian bomb. They are busy persuading themselves that the Iranians are rational and won't nuke Israel or give a bomb to Hezbullah. About the reaction of the Arab world they say little.
