After reviewing the past IPO times for other stocks, it became clear today was not the time to announce the IPO. Clearly a filing is done before an official public comment is made. The person who posted the info today over at Yahoo is not to be believed and I told him so. If it were to go over again, I would have consulted another source before posting the link to such a claim. The IPO will come. Just not this year. Sorry for any anxiety that posting the yahoo link caused anyone. Happy Holidays! Kelvin
