SunFun, I just came in for a quick read and now I have to use my brain. OK, Worst case scenario would be WalMart is now taking the sales from the other local stores so the net is a push to Radica, just that WalMart has a bigger slice of the pie. Assuming WalMart and all the other main retailers sales are up the same ( % of rev. to Radica is same) then you get your wet dream. If WalMart is, lets say 20%, and the rest is 80%, you get 320 million in revenue and $8.00 + in EPS.
The truth will be somewhere in the middle. I would continue to go Q to Q and base it on the seasonal mix of 30/70% low end and 20/80% high instead of breaking it out by retailer. WalMart is taking the lead in a big way in my area, over the other retailers. However, unit sales (total) is unit sales, regardless of who makes them. Q1 will go a long way in getting a reasonable estimate on the year IMO. BUT, we are all entitled to our dreams! Best to all, Wayne |
