Cramer (street.com) also seems to believe all the activity is triple witching related. He seems to think it is hard to figure out---noted a lot of NDX program selling. To me that would explain the stability in Oracle and the instability in MSFT. Volume in Oracle was more related to news events and the program selling could not make a major impact on it. Guessing of course. Something tells me that we could get a big rally late Friday---only a hunch .
