Betcha a dollar he has type II, caused by overweight and high BP. It took me six months to face up to the fact that if I wanted to live long and prosper, I needed to drop 20% of my weight. Down 10% with 10% to go.

Turned out my discovery that I had heart disease was the best thing that could have happened to me.
