Your numbers are very close. Anyway I don't disagree with your comments. As an acquirer, the question I would ask is whether or not the lack of sales is caused by the technology, or by a desire for an integrated solution. If the technology has no special merit, obviously no one would buy them. But if the problem is something else such as inadequate world-wide support or the lack of a complete integrated solution, then I as an acquirer might reasonably envision sales at a much higher rate than than what you have allowed.

Let me further add that it is also reasonable to beieve that an acquirer should be in a much better position to assess the value of TRKN to their operation than you or I, and that the value might be different to different acquirers, depending on how well the TRKN technology solves problems that they have.

So... I can't rule out an acquisition, especially given the extremely high valuations that some of the other equipment companies are now carrying.
