I called CVIA about the Web Site and I got a call back. The company says that the information on the Web Site it incorrect. The Web Site has not been updated since last June. They appreciated me reminding them of it and said they will try to get it changed as quickly as possible. They appologize for any misunderstanding. They said the Total Shares Outstanding is around 45 million. The increase came mainly from the debentures issued last April/May. Those are the ones referred to in today's press release. They said the Web Site will probably be used after a merger is done, but shareholders should disregard the information on the Web Site at this time. They will do everything they can to keep up with shareholder inquiries and they will publicly release information as soon as they are able to do so. I'm passing this along to the thread because they said they want to keep all shareholders aware of updated information as much as possible. Best wishes, Brad
