QXL.COM (QXLC:Nasdaq) Bought the German Internet Auction Giant "RICARDO". Their US$1 billion price from last month was greatly reduced for QXL (EURO-EBAY). QXL now will have over 2 million Registered Subscribers in Europe, the New Internet Frontier, well ahead of eBay in Europe.!!!
