Currently he is claiming Eddy Reyes Torres is also known
as Eduardo Torres. Lame, very lame.

Eddy Reyes Torres allegedly signs the bond certificate
as second vice president (segundo vice presedente).

This pump and dump criminal is claiming a high official
of the Banco Central de Venezuela, Eddy Reyes Torres,
suddenly changed his name to Eduardo Torres and is now
the "Banco Central de Venezuela Vicepresidencia de Estudios
Oficina de Investigaciones Economicas."

As if.

"Purl Gurl is stupid! Purl Gurl is a liar! Eddy Reyes Torres
never left the bank, he simply and suddenly changed his name
to Eduardo Torres!"

Laughable. Appears Eduardo Torres is becoming old and addled;
he allegedly signed his name as Eddy Reyes Torres in 2006 year.

Oppss..

Pump and dump criminals, such an ignorant lame lot.
