I think he's a pump and dump tout who generates a lot of business for SI, so that is why they allow him to remain around. Not only does he threaten people, but he is sharing his account with multiple people. Apparently, his intimidation approach works. He didn't know how to respond when I responded to his threat. I suspect he gets many people to simply slink off.
