Not only dilutive but should probably result in a net (after goodwill) negative book, something that at least recently, the market does not view with favor. By the way, I don't recommend shorting, I just said to some players on the dark side that shortin snorters like CCMP, KLAC and NVLS in the space is very dangerous here and they would be better off shorting VECO (it was then at $12.5).
