Do you think DISH can get to those 70K Alphastar subs first? If so, how many of them are within the CONUS, and how many are PR and the islands, where only the Alphastar feed could reach. I bet it was more than 1/2, which would still be a nice little 35K sub pop for the right party. It makes you think DTV may even buy them (see my earlier post on the effect of a DBS company failure on the industry and you'll know why they might just want to over pay for them).

And you thought life on the CUBE thread was fun...
