I was going to do the speedtest at pitstop, too, but that was the only one that asked me for permission to download something. I had to have been downloading at all the speedtest sites or they couldn't have measured my speed, but I was afraid I was downloading a program, and I always automatically click no, being phobic and all.

But I noticed their Ask Dr. Tech service, where for $89. a year you can phone their experts (or em or chat) 24/7 if you have a problem. I've bookmarked that, and I've sent the link to a couple of friends who aren't on SI so don't have CL. Thank you.
