ATI is located in Toronto. I happen to be quite familiar with the area, cost wise it is roughly on par with Houston. There are some great airports close and there are nearby universities to recruit from. The spun off ATI operations would have to coordinate with China and it is somewhat inconveniently located for that. But it isn't a killer. I am surprised that cost wise Toronto is on par with Houston. Are you sure about that? If so, then ATYT's poor margins may be completely attributable to poor mgmt. Combining two companies/two corporate cultures is always hard. I didn't know how good [or bad] Hector was.
