When the Peter Principal, is engaged by current momentum, what happens?

This thread posits that what happens is the motion within a system operating with momentum, exhibits movement, illustrating there are, or have been, recent shifts in personnel occurring.

As obsevers and students of systemics, we note this movement as we would price, accepting that, personnel, become the artifacts of this systems motion. We understand that this motion is artifactory, because we reliably call upon The Peter Principle as a reminder of the truisms that will follow motion within a system.

In the meme time, neither the current motion nor the disturbances cast as effects, register to the greater collective unconscious, because of the unlimited potential of missing information regarding the personnel in motion, has not yet been much revealed by the systems own sensory organs.

Meme time has a lead time.

By way of example; this headline without attribution or discovery just appeared on The Drudge Report.
Accumulating headlines describe by products of the Peter Principle.

'WE HAVE TO SPEND MONEY TO KEEP FROM GOING BANKRUPT'

We have no interest in perusing the content behind the headline, as we already understand it is an artifacts performance, which we recognize as originating from a compartment within the hierarchy of compartments, recently in motion.

The Output function of any Systems Sensory Organs are always in motion, due to momentum and the need for conveying that those within any system are doing "something".....

We as observers, do not need understanding of exactly what! because as systemologist our awareness is that, those within a system, are NEVER doing what they say they are.
