Dan, there was no question in my mind that there is a good chance that we had hit a short term bottom even more so after there was so much chatter on SI about CSCO going below $60 with substantial OI above $60.

My point is that certain stocks just explode to the upside well above the comensurate move of the indexes and only "after late morning" wen most morning meetings are over.

They run selected stock and it is obvious the timing ....... and no it is not "program trading".

I know from personal experience that several MM exchange telephone calls late morning and decide which one to run "today"

Unfortunate we are not notified.
