Immi: The P/S for CIEN prior to this morning was 19 and TLAB was 8.7.
That valuation was based on an earnings of $28.5m and $86m resp. The annual earnings for CIEN will be lower.

If these facts were known prior to take over, the P/S for CIEN is likely to be closer to 12 at most.

The combined P/S is now 12+8.7 =20.7 vrs 27.7. The value of TLAB is likely to be 20.7/27.7 of its last close near $47. If the overall market weakens we could reach this level.
