Robert and other that have commented on my "negative net BV for VECO" after the acquisition, you were all right and I was wrong. My statement should have been that one reason VECO would not be as strong as the rest of the semi-equip is that the market, in its wisdom, or not, in recent times, abhor excessive good will on the book, not only the $700 MM from that acquisition but I believe an additional $185 MM from each company. I apologize for my erring ways... Zeev
