duker, communications is large and growing, that is for sure. also, newer phones take lots of processing power - ie, cdma. i'm sure this has helped. as you state, dram is still big and the dram boys are hurtin' again. a 1 q "recovery" of barely over breakeven. man, folks have lllllllooooowwwwww expectations ;-)
