(3) Is it anticipated that any significant change in results of operations from the corresponding period for the last fiscal year will be reflected by the earnings statements to be included in the subject report or portion thereof?

[ ] Yes [X] No

This suggests to me Alexander plans to carry on as
Conversion Solutions, plans to claim the Venezuela
bond, the UCC note and all that. Should he do this,
should he continue the same scam, people out here
will fry him.<<

Looking at the corresponding period for last year, Furia's 10Q shows a loss from operations of ($3,449,447), a net loss of ($3,450,210) and the company issued 14,180,000 shares of it's common stock for consulting services.

Perhaps these are the results referred to when CSHD states that they expect no "significant change in results of operations from the corresponding period for the last fiscal year (9/30/2005 quarter) will be reflected by the earnings statements to be included in the subject report or portion thereof"
