As near as I can figure it, using end 2000 - early 2001 as a model, offset by about -6 weeks or so, we should peak on this IT around the end of March/early April. In other words, the uptrend needs to start about here for the comparison to be valid, since the modeled IT sub-cycle of interest, end March to mid May, 2001, lasted from 6 to 10 weeks.
