Robin, I have twenty days to mail back the proxy that calls for the annual meeting. I would like to sign out my voting power to Babish, although I really don't know what he thinks. I know it sounds crazy, but I am not clear at all with what is going on. When I read about how Rhodes is compensated, it looked like about 1/4-1/3 of his pay is in stock. Does anybody know whether he sold shares on the open market? We know that Babish sold. Plus, the proxy also mentioned that if shareholders want to bring up matter other than those listed in the proxy, then requests should be made at least 10 days earlier.
