If that's the scenario, don't you think they would have positioned themselves by now? This week was indeed an excellent time to buy if the stock was going to take off like a rocket. Nor would I expect them to sell soon, because if the stock started a significant move, there'd be a bit of a squeeze. Nope, your scenario doesn't scare me at all. By the time they sell, I'll likely be out of here. Certainly we'll want to keep our eyes on the SEC filings between now and decision time.
While none of the info is terribly meaningful when compared to actual FDA approval/disapproval, they are obligated to say something about it. Doesn't indicate anything. I don't expect much from the CC, but you never know.
So are you putting your money where you mouth is now, or are you going to wait till tomorrow? Since CLPA is back to my cost basis now, I'm debating hedging half my position today. This morning's little bounce could be an anticipatory run in hope positive news, and the overly optimistic might sell tomorrow if they don't see an obvious home run.
