Oh, you're absolutely right. I wasn't particularly criticizing their lack of support. I was just saying that noone was going to run much of an application that the vendor was saying was just for development purposes ('of course you need UNIX to run this properly', 'oh, I'll buy MS SQL that I can run on NT'). Now they have a proper answer and they aren't giving away customers.
