Skeeter: I was never in, except for a quick momentum/day trade for a small profit on the day the BIG news was supposed to come out. I've been pretty much middle of the road to strong nay after hearing both RG's and MK's information via phone calls. There may be some naked shorts out there but if there are, there aren't anywhere near 4MM. I find it incomprehensible that people believe the companies/RG's numbers regarding locked up shares when the SEC found sufficient reason to halt them for the various reasons they did. Here's something interesting. Since these folks own 95% or so of this company, if they all hold and don't sell on the open then they've got some expensive wallpaper. Once the selling starts though it's over. Kind of like a little crack in a dike. What I'm afraid is going to happen is certain individuals will hype this thing even more getting some to hold their shares / buy more at least for the first hour of trading (if/when it trades) so they can sell out before the sky falls.
