ATCD has about a zillion shares outstanding (actually 976M). It is doing a reverse merger with umember.com biz.yahoo.com It filed an 8K on Feb. 4 discussing the reverse merger and also a HUGE reverse split reducing the number of shares to 476,500. I AM NOT RECOMMENDING THAT ANYBODY BUY THIS ONE UNLESS THEY ARE MENTALLY UNSTABLE. I jumped in based solely on the steady volume of buying the past three days . . . but the MMs have steadily moved the price down. Katie K.
