I personally wanted dismissal, the Senate should show enough backbone to tell the House that if they are going to do such a bad job on the impeachment articles, then the Senate isn't going to waste it's time. Alas, even the moderate republicans are under the thumb of the right wing. At least with a longer trial there will be more time to develop the links between K.Starr and P.Jones so that it will be obvious what a charade this process has been.
