Inc. (NASDAQ: ALAN), Tuesday announced that its subsidiary, Arraid
Inc., in conjunction with its Storage Area Network (SAN) initiative,
has executed an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) agreement with
Nissei Sangyo America, Ltd., a subsidiary of Hitachi, Ltd. (Japan).

The OEM partnership focuses on Hitachi's leading RAID storage
technology, cited as "The World's Fastest Midrange Storage," which
incorporates Fibre/Fabric technology to provide unlimited data access,
centralized management, data protection, and flexibility, essential

The Hitachi technology is compatible with the leading storage
management software and is geared for high-throughput in the NT and
