Unlike a lot of acquisitions this one actually sounds like it is a good deal. For a lot of acquisitions there is no obvious synergy, although of course they talk about it anyway. In this one, assuming the press release is accurate, there is obvious synergy in rounding out their product lines. I'm curious about some of the financials, and when I can put together a good concise list of questions I'll give the CFO a call. Any suggestions?
