engineer: You probably have specific knowledge as to how WLL division is placed in the corporate roadmap. Skimming through the Asset Purchase Agreement, naked as it is of schedules, exhibits and other the other deleted (***) goodies, it appears as though, in the Recitals (preamble) to the agreement, WLL is considered part of the Wireless Systems Division, the division being sold to E.

Would appreciate any help.
