I may be over-reacting too. But, I don't need to own shares of a company where the president of that company tells me that I shouldn't buy the shares because they are over-valued. Is he nuts? Maybe not. he already made his Billions. Shame on him! I sold out also. Too many other good companies which don't treat their shareholders this way.
