You've got me wrong. I don't think there's any conspiracy. Anybody who has a business puts the best face on it, no matter what. Do you go to the restaraunt that has no cars in front of it when you dine in a city you're unfamiliar with?

Stocks often trade contrary to fundamentals and future prospects. I've got no problem with that either. I don't even have any "thing" for AOL. Just looking for oppty to make some money. If it prolongs its run up, it's going to look like more and more of an oppty. Long term AOL is dead. I don't care how high the stock price goes between now and then. The higher it goes the better.

I've made a small pittance shorting the stock. Probably might have been easier to make more the last few months being long. Doesn't change my view of the fundamentals -- AOL either won't be around in a few years or it will be radically different from the co. it is now.

Enjoy the ride Mike, but know when to take a profit!
