Monopolies are not allowed (under law) to leverage; to be predatory. So, in a way, yes, some things only apply to M$. That M$ is a monopoly is a given. It's not even arguable. There's a clear pattern of behavior that nice girls don't engage in and slutty monopolies do. --- Putting aside for a moment that M$ is evil, the truth is that a successful company seeks to become a monopoly. Once you have, you won the game. Here, the game winner kept playing. --- Really, it's all just the governments way of saying "Congratulations, you've made it!" --- Hopefully that will happen to we SUNW shareholders someday. In our case though, we have a CEO that stayed in school and studied things like antitrust law. More significantly we have the type of company that would break-up nicely into multiple companies. We have more going for us than leveraging the snot out of arranged electrons. -JCJ
